- Horse Chestnut – for healthy gums (Soothing)
- Indian Pennywort – for healthy gums (Astringent)
- Grapefruit Seed Extract – natural Ingredient
I bought this mouthwash because I was so pleased with AloeDent’s aloe vera toothpaste. It had a strong but not unpleasant taste of tea tree. I found it a bit strong for my mouth as it made the inside of my cheeks burn a little (I should point out here that I find lots of mouthwashes too strong). I was still able to use it but not keep it in my mouth for as long as I normally would. I’ve looked around for a sensitive AloeDent mouthwash but have been unable to find one.
A bonus to the strong flavour was that my mouth felt fresh and clean for a long time after I’d used it. Brands like Listerine and Colgate also taste much sweeter in comparison to this one – both use sodium saccharin to sweeten the product. So this would be a good product to buy if you are looking for something that tastes a bit more natural.
