Free Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery option is Free for eligible items

• Free standard UK delivery within four to five working days.
• If we have stock then order before 4pm to have your order dispatched the same day 
• All delivery terms and conditions as per Standard Delivery option.
• If your order after 4pm , your order will be dispatch next working day and will be with you within 5 working days once it is dispatch

Faster Delivery
Faster Delivery is faster than the Standard Delivery option.

• Faster Delivery is available at a charge of £6.99 for customers. Delivery times can vary from 1 to 2 days. You`ll be able to see details about the estimated delivery time of the Faster Delivery service for your item on the checkout page.
• Faster Delivery is available only to UK addresses not including portions of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isles (including Shetlands, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey), Cornwall, Northumberland, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses. If you don`t see the option to choose Faster Delivery at checkout then either your item or address isn`t eligible. Check below for a list of postcodes that aren`t eligible for Faster Delivery.
• Items can be delivered by various carriers. It is however not possible to choose the carrier. A proof of delivery (signature) may be required upon delivery, please make sure you take this into account when selecting the delivery address. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Express (Guaranteed Next Day) and Saturday Delivery
Our store offers Express Delivery on almost all items to mainland UK addresses.
For Express delivery order must be placed before 2pm and parcel will arrive by 1pm the following day. Express Delivery is charged at £7.99 per delivery.
Please check below  for a list of postcodes not eligible for Express Delivery 
If your order contains items that aren`t eligible for Express Delivery, you won`t be able to select that option at checkout.
A signature may be required for some deliveries. 
If a delivery attempted made on or before the delivery date means we`ve delivered on time. 
Some time carrier can make appointment for some deliveries. If carrier makes appointment before or on the date of delivery, means parcel was delivered on time.
For Saturday Delivery order must be placed before 2pm on Friday and parcel will arrive by 1pm on the following Saturday. Saturday Service is charged at £9.99 per delivery.

Tracked 24 & Tracked 48 Delivery

  • Orders with Tracked 24 Delivery if we have stock then order will be dispatched same day and mostly delivered next day
  • Orders with Tracked 48 Delivery if we have stock then order will be dispatched same day and mostly delivered in two-days
  • For Track 24 Delivery, you`ll be charged £5.99 per delivery, For Tracked 48 Delivery, you will be charged £3.99 only for eligible items.
  • Note:
    • Track 24 and Track 48 Delivery is not a gaurenteed next day and two days service
    • You can find a list of postcodes not eligible for Tracked24 & Tracked48 Delivery here.
    • Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are excluded for this service.
    • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbours or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbours, a building Security, or are placed somewhere safe, such as your porch or garage.
    • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

Tracking the status of your order

Log in to your Direct Pharmacy account.Once logged in to your account, click to ‘View my Orders’ where you will have following notes:

• Order received: Direct Pharmacy successfully received your orderand will shortly be ready for processing.
• Order being processed: Direct Pharmacy warehouse is processing and dispatching
• Order cancelled or on hold: Unfortunatly order is canclled or on hold due to some issue. Email notification will be sent regarding this, advising on next steps. You can speak to our Customer Care team on 0121 6616357 or click on contact page.
• Order dispatched / Track Parcel: congratulations! Order has now dispatched and on its way via choosen delivery method.
• Partial order dispatched: Considering the urgency or order and to avoid having to wait any longer partial order has been dispatched and we will contact you with the expected dispatch date for the remaining items.

Deliveries outside the UK
• Delivery to Europe is within 5-10 working days & charges may vary depending on the weight, content and destination of your order. If your order conatins sensitive items such as aerosols can take 15-20 days because it require road based delivery.
• Delivery to USA is within 6-10 working days & charges may vary depending on the weight,content and location in United States
• Delivery to Rest of the world can take upto 15 to 20 working days.

Terms & conditions
• All Delivery options exclude Bank and other public holidays.
• Order will be deliver in accordance with the delivery option choosen during placing. Delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only.
• All deliveries are subject to Direct pharmacy successfully receiving payment.
• Packages may require a signature at the point of delivery.
• All Pharmacy purchase additional approval, which will involve completion of an online questionnaire and any subsequent approval. Our pharmacy staff may need to contact you for further information. Such orders may take little extra time to dispatch.
• Heavy orders may have additional delivery charges
• Direct Pharmacy make every effort to deliver your order within estimated delivery timescales: however due to unforeseen factors some time delays are ineviatble. So situations which are beyond our control, we are under no liabilty for any delay. However in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, either orders will be fulfilled within 30 days or process full refund.
