Order Status Updates

  1. Order Received: This status indicates that your order has been successfully received and will soon be ready for processing.
  2. Order Being Processed: We are currently processing and dispatching your order from our warehouse.
  3. Order Dispatched / Track Parcel: Your order has been dispatched and is en route via our carrier service.

  • Order Pending: This status occurs when our team is reviewing your order before confirming dispatch.

International Delivery

Europe: Estimated delivery time is approximately five to ten working days. Charges may vary based on the parcel’s weight, content, and destination. Note that sensitive items such as aerosols may require road-based delivery, extending the delivery time to 15–20 days.

 

USA: Expect delivery within six to ten working days. Charges vary depending on the parcel’s weight, content, and location within the United States.

 

Rest of the World: Estimated delivery time is about 15 to 20 working days.

Returns and Refunds

Returning an Order or Item

If you wish to return an item, please be aware that we offer a 30-day cooling-off period. During this time, we recommend notifying us within 15 days before your order is delivered. Subsequently, you will have an additional 15 days to return the item to our warehouse.

Please ensure that the returning parcel is securely packaged (consider using a recorded delivery service) as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred during transit.

Estimated Refund Processing Time

Our goal is to process refunds within 3-5 working days upon receiving and verifying the returned item. However, refunds processed via the original payment method may take up to 30 days to be credited.

Please be aware that in the case of a cancelled contract, customers are responsible for maintaining the items in good condition and returning them at their own expense, as they have a legal ‘duty of care.’ Additionally, customers need to understand that Astir Care reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refund to account for any loss of revenue in the value of goods supplied (which may be up to 100% in case of loss).

According to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, the full amount paid will be refunded only for items returned within 14 days of receiving the notice of cancellation.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on our 'limited time flash deal' (Main Campaign page) with the minimum amount purchased (usually 2 bottles or more - unless otherwise stated). Daily 'limited time flash deal' offers can not be combined with any other wine from any other page. Only one or more bottles of wine listed on our Premium, Last Chance or Cellar offerings can be combined for free shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any Archives item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process. Archives items will be shipped separately from regular items
