To use the TENA Men Absorbent Protector Incontinence Pads, first ensure the adhesive strip is exposed. Place the pad in your underwear, aligning the adhesive strip with the desired position. Press gently to secure the pad in place. Dispose of the used pad properly when it is no longer needed.
