Our estimated delivery times are calculated from when you place an order and include processing time at the warehouse. Also, the estimated delivery excludes Bank Holidays, public holidays and weekends. If stock is available, any order that is placed before 4 pm will be dispatched the same day and if it is placed after 4 pm, the order will be dispatched the next working day.
We accept orders for almost all products to mainland UK addresses for Next-day delivery. Make sure that the order is placed before 2 pm so that you will receive the parcel by 1 pm the following day. When our orders are delivered on time, it means a delivery attempt was made on or before the delivery date.
While it may not be possible to choose a carrier, it is important for customers to understand that Items can be delivered by various carriers. Also, when selecting the delivery address, please be aware that proof of delivery (signature) may be required upon delivery, and deliveries do not take place on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The first step is to log in to your Astir Care account, and press on the ‘View my Orders’ button, where you will have the following:
Order received (order successfully received and will shortly be ready for processing)
Order being processed: (Processing and dispatching the order from our warehouse)
Order dispatched / Track Parcel: (order dispatched and is on its way via the carrier service)
*Order pending-This is when our team will be processing and reviewing your order before we can confirm dispatch.
*Order cancelled: This is when your order is cancelled due to an outstanding problem. In this case, our customer service team will immediately send an email notification regarding the cancellation, advising on the next steps. Order Delivery to Europe: It takes estimated days of about five to ten working days and depending on the parcel's weight, content and destination, your order delivery charges may vary. Note that If your order contains sensitive items such as aerosols, it can take 15–20 days as it may require road-based delivery.
Order Delivery to the USA: It may take estimated days of about six to ten working days and order charges may vary depending on the parcel's weight, content and location in the United States.
Order Delivery to the Rest of the world can take estimated days of about 15 to 20 working days.
Returning an order/item: if you want to return an item, please note that we offer a 30-day cooling-off period where you are advised to notify us within 15 days prior to your order being delivered. Next, you will then be given a further 15 days to return the item to our warehouse.

Once our Customer service team have accepted your order return request, you are advised to send the package to UNIT 61, Hay Hall Road, Rovex Business Park, Birmingham, West Midland, B11 2AQ, United Kingdom.
*Make sure that the returning parcel is properly secured and packaged (you may consider a recorded delivery service) as we cannot be liable for any damages incurred during transit.
Our aim is to process any refund within 3-5 working days of receiving and verifying the returned item, however, refunds processed via the original payment may take up to 30 days to receive the refund.
Please note that for any cancelled contract, customers are advised to keep the items in good condition and return them at their expense as they have a legal 'duty of care'. Also, it is important for customers to know that Astir Care is entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss of revenue in the value of goods supplied (maybe 100% in case of loss).
According to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, the full amount paid will be refunded only for the items returned within 14 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
