AYMES Shake is a milkshake-style nutritional supplement developed to complement a balanced diet. With a wide selection of flavours – including a unique ginger option – each serving provides 19g of protein, essential vitamins and minerals, and 379–383 kcal depending on flavour. The formula is gluten free, vegetarian, and suitable for halal and kosher diets. Simply mix with milk, shake well, and enjoy. If not consumed immediately, refrigerate and use within 24 hours. AYMES Shake is designed for adults and is also suitable for children aged 3 years and over.

Directions:

• Pour 200ml of whole milk into the shaker.
• Add the entire contents of one 57g sachet.
• Shake vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
• Pour into a glass or mug and consume immediately.
• If not consumed immediately, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.
