Ispaghula Husk Orange Pack of 30 offers a straightforward solution for common digestive discomforts. Containing the active substance Ispaghula Husk, derived from the Plantago ovata plant, it works naturally with your body to increase the bulk of your stools. This action encourages your bowels to move more efficiently, gently relieving constipation without straining or discomfort.
Direction
Mix one sachet of Ispaghula Husk Orange Pack of 30 in approximately 150ml (quarter pint) of cool water, stir briskly and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of liquid.
- Ensure a minimum of 6-8 glasses of water are consumed daily when increasing dietary fibre. Aim to drink at least two litres (about 8-10 cups) of fluid per day.
- This product should be taken at least 30 minutes before or after taking other medicines and should not be taken immediately before going to sleep.
- Sometimes it may take a few days before you feel the full benefit. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after several days, speak with your doctor.
- Try to eat a balanced diet with high-fibre foods (wholemeal, fruits, vegetables) and gradually increase fibre if not used to it.
